Breathe
how to
with us
If you seek to connect with a supportive community, explore transformative experiences, understand the why behind breathwork or you are just curious, you'll find what you're looking for here.
Group workshops
A number of studies have shown that a supportive community is the most powerful protection against becoming overwhelmed by stress and trauma. Sharing meaningful experiences and being in tune with other members of our species is enormously rewarding. In a workshop scenario, sharing these vulnerable experiences and insights with fellow participants can be as healing as the breathwork journey itself.
During a group session, individual healing could happen in various ways, but we also heal as a group - this is what we typically call co-healing. Co-healing emphasises shared responsibility for well-being.
When we come together in communities, this profound feeling of ‘I’m not alone’ gets amplified which helps us to navigate this beautiful human experience with a lot more clarity and compassion.
This is why holding group events are our personal favourite!

These session tend to run from 2h-2h 30min and include an introduction, guided nervous system regulation practice followed by Conscious Connected Breathwork. All are accompanied by a carefully curated playlist and our support. Afterwards, there’s a gentle integration period and a heartfelt sharing circle.
All our workshops focus on embodiment and safety. During the breathe we may also get called to assist you 1:1 with bodywork, acupressure or energy work (which you are welcome to opt out of).
1-2-1
Just like diet & exercise, breathwork should be personalised.
There is no one else like you — you and your journey are unique, therefore your practice has to be customised to your needs. When practicing breathwork it’s important to accommodate factors such as breathing patterns, age, health status and even unhealed trauma.
Private breathwork sessions can be held in person or live via Zoom. These can centre around both Functional or Conscious Connected breathing. Whether you have something specific you want to work on or you have no idea where to start. We create a custom approach that’s designed to guarantee a safe and effective long-term outcome for you.

When we feel better, we do better... in life and at work.
As a business owner or an employee, it’s indispensable to be taking steps towards improved health and wellness of all team members. It’s important to remember that supporting mental wellbeing of your staff is an investment not an expense.
Our two main goals are:
1. Providing your employees with impactful techniques for stress and anxiety management, for when sh*t hits the fan. Techniques that work in real time, contributing to build a workforce that is not only happier and healthier but also more engaged.
2. Educating and building awareness on how to master stress regulation in and out of the workplace. Covering topics like sleep for better cognitive function, rest, exercise, nervous system regulation and more.
All of our wellbeing breathwork programmes and workshops are bespoke and evidence based to ensure every member of your team can benefit, regardless of their starting point.
The impact of work related stress on mental health is rising to an all time high. By implementing employee wellbeing benefits, the company gains something that’s invaluable in any type of business- loyalty. When employees are loyal to their workplace, they will be more willing to invest in their work, innovating new ideas and going the extra mile. This is an incredible way to retain your hardworking team members and attract new potential candidates.

Employees in better health lead to decreased healthcare expenses associated with chronic conditions and absenteeism, ultimately resulting in reduced overall costs for the organization.

A one-off breathwork workshop can be a powerful intervention and very successful in arming your employees with tools to have a long lasting impact on their health and wellbeing. However, we advise to commit to at least 4-6 sessions or even set up a regular schedule where possible. This allows everyone to fully implement and integrate their experience.
Online: Employees only need a device to access Zoom, and a calm place where they won’t be disturbed.
In-person: A room large enough to accommodate everyone (if you don’t have such a space, we can help you find a suitable location).
Functional gyms and sport clubs
To have functional movement, you need to have functional breathing.
Our co-founder Attila has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, where the significance of breathing was often overlooked—which is odd. How can we separate breathing from sport when performance is intrinsically linked to oxygenation, sleep, recovery, and mental clarity?
Upon delving into the study of breathwork, this previously unspoken aspect of training finally clicked for him. Implementing his newfound knowledge not only elevated his training experience but also the experiences of his clients to new heights.
Are you looking to educate your clients or your team in breathwork to elevate everyone’s training experience? You are at the right place!

Around 90% of humans are carrying out some aspect of dysfunctional breathing. For instance, 50% of individuals with lower back pain experience dysfunctional breathing, while neck pain, anxiety, and depression are also closely correlated with it. In fact, 83% of people with anxiety demonstrate some form of dysfunctional breathing. Dysfunctional breathing is also linked with dysfunctional movement.
Optimizing your breath is a straightforward method for enhancing performance, whether you're an elite or a recreational athlete (casual runner, crossfit gym member etc…).
This type of breathwork training aims to eliminate mouth breathing, restoring normal breathing volume, rebalancing blood gasses, and strengthening the diaphragm. This leads to decreased breathlessness and alleviation of symptoms such as asthma, anxiety, and stress, while also improving sleep for overall better health.
